01Overview
If someone posts your copyrighted work on GzoneSphere without permission, you can request a takedown. Here is how.
02Takedown Process
- Step 1 — Send notice. Email copyright@gzonesphere.com with: your name and contact info, identification of the copyrighted work, the URL of the infringing content on GzoneSphere, a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorised, a statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate, and your physical or electronic signature.
- Step 2 — Review. GzoneSphere will review the notice within 48 hours and, if valid, remove the content.
- Step 3 — Notification. The user who posted the content will be notified and given 10 business days to file a counter-notice if they believe the takedown was in error.
- Step 4 — Restoration. If a valid counter-notice is received, GzoneSphere will restore the content unless the original claimant files a court action within 14 days.
03Repeat Infringers
Accounts that receive 3 or more valid copyright takedowns will be permanently terminated.
04Filing a Counter-Notice
If your content was removed and you believe this was a mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notice with copyright@gzonesphere.com including your contact information, identification of the removed content and its prior location, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the content was removed in error, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
