Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and GzoneSphere Technologies Inc. ("GzoneSphere", "we", "us", or "our") governing your access to and use of the GzoneSphere platform, website, applications, and related services (collectively, the "Services").

By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

• You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction, to use the Services.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
• You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach involving your account.

You agree not to misuse the Services. Among other things, you may not:

• Post content that is unlawful, harassing, hateful, defamatory, sexually explicit involving minors, or that infringes the rights of others.
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with anyone.
• Cheat, exploit, or manipulate tournaments, rankings, votes, or reviews.
• Upload malware, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services.
• Scrape, harvest, or collect data from the Services except as expressly permitted.
• Use the Services to send spam or unsolicited commercial messages.

We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

You retain ownership of the content you create and post on the Services ("User Content"), including blog posts, reviews, community posts, and messages.

By posting User Content, you grant GzoneSphere a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, and distribute that content solely to operate, promote, and improve the Services. You represent that you have the rights necessary to grant this license and that your User Content does not violate any law or third-party right.

You are solely responsible for your User Content. We may, but are not obligated to, review, moderate, or remove content at our discretion.

The Services, including their design, software, text, graphics, and logos (excluding User Content), are owned by GzoneSphere or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Game titles, artwork, and trademarks referenced on the platform remain the property of their respective owners. Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Services.

The Services may display content from, or link to, third-party sites, games, and services that we do not control. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of those third parties, and your use of them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

You may stop using the Services and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms, create risk or legal exposure for us, or if we discontinue the Services. Upon termination, the rights granted to you under these Terms will end, while provisions that by their nature should survive will remain in effect.

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any content is accurate or reliable.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GzoneSphere and its officers, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or one hundred US dollars ($100).

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GzoneSphere from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your User Content, your use of the Services, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you through the Services. Your continued use of the Services after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
