Last updated · July 12, 2026
01Overview
If you sell creative services (art, audio, writing, dev work) through GzoneSphere, these terms apply to you, in addition to our Terms of Service.
02Rates, Terms & Delivery
Creators set their own rates, terms, and delivery timelines for commissions. GzoneSphere provides the platform for discovery and communication but does not guarantee any volume of work or income.
03Platform Service Fee
GzoneSphere may charge a service fee on commission transactions. The fee percentage will be clearly displayed before any transaction is confirmed.
04Delivery & Payment Obligations
- Creators must deliver work as agreed. Failure to deliver may result in dispute mediation, a negative trust score impact, and potential account suspension.
- Commissioners must pay as agreed. Failure to pay may result in dispute mediation, a negative trust score impact, and potential account suspension.
05Intellectual Property Transfer
Intellectual property of commissioned work transfers to the commissioner upon full payment, unless otherwise agreed in writing between the parties. GzoneSphere is not a party to this IP transfer.
06Tax Obligations
Creators are responsible for declaring income earned through GzoneSphere and paying applicable taxes. GzoneSphere may issue TDS certificates where required by Indian tax law.
07Dispute Resolution
GzoneSphere acts as a mediator in disputes but is not a party to the commission agreement between users. Either party can file a dispute through the platform. GzoneSphere will review evidence from both sides and make a non-binding recommendation within 14 business days. If the dispute cannot be resolved, both parties retain the right to pursue legal remedies independently.
