Data Processing Agreement

This agreement applies to companies using GzoneSphere’s hiring features. It defines how we process applicant data on your behalf.

When a company uses GzoneSphere to receive job applications, GzoneSphere acts as a Data Processor on behalf of the company (Data Controller). We process applicant data (profile information, skills, application details) solely for the purpose of facilitating the hiring process, and only as instructed by the company.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect applicant data, consistent with the standards described in our Privacy Policy.

We will assist the company in responding to data subject access requests from applicants.

We will notify the company of any data breach affecting applicant data within 48 hours.

Upon termination of the company’s use of hiring features, applicant data specific to that company’s talent pool will be deleted within 90 days.
