Company & Employer Terms

If your company uses GzoneSphere to hire talent, post jobs, or manage a company profile, these terms apply, in addition to our Terms of Service.

Company profiles must represent real, legitimate businesses. Fraudulent company profiles will be removed.

Job listings must be for real positions. Fake listings designed to collect applicant data, or for any other deceptive purpose, are prohibited.

Companies must not discriminate in hiring based on protected characteristics (race, gender, religion, caste, disability, sexual orientation) in accordance with Indian law.

Company profiles require verification. GzoneSphere reserves the right to deny or revoke verification at any time.

Employee linking is subject to employee consent. Companies cannot claim employees without their acceptance.

Company data (talent pool, analytics) is confidential to the company. GzoneSphere will not share company-specific data with competitors. For details on how applicant data is processed on your behalf, see our Data Processing Agreement.

GzoneSphere may charge fees for premium hiring features (featured listings, talent pool access, advanced analytics). Fees will be clearly communicated before any purchase.
