Refund & Cancellation Policy
What is and isn’t refundable across subscriptions, tournaments, and commissions — no surprises.

01Overview
We want you to be happy with your purchases. Here is when you can and cannot get a refund.
02Refunds by Transaction Type
| Transaction Type | Refund Policy |

| GZS Pro subscription (monthly) | Cancel anytime. No refund for the current period. Access continues until the end of the billing cycle. |
| GZS Pro subscription (annual) | Full refund within 14 days of purchase if unused. After 14 days, a prorated refund for remaining months if requested within the first 3 months. No refund after 3 months. |
| Tournament entry fee | Full refund if the tournament is cancelled by GzoneSphere. Full refund if you withdraw before registration closes. No refund after registration closes. |
| Tournament prize payouts | Non-refundable. Subject to TDS as per Indian tax law. |
| Commission payments | Subject to the dispute resolution process. Refunds determined case-by-case by GZS mediation. |
| GZS Coins (if introduced) | Non-refundable once purchased. Unused coins remain in your account indefinitely. |
03How to Request a Refund
For eligible transactions, request a refund from Settings → Billing, or email support@gzonesphere.com with your transaction ID. We aim to process approved refunds within 7–10 business days, subject to your payment method’s processing time.
